Talal is a Jordanian national who was born in the UAE. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Al Yarmouk University in Jordan before taking a Master’s degree (LLM) in International Commercial Law at Kent University in Canterbury - England.

Litigation – Talal brings commercial experience to his approach to litigation. He has worked closely with the real estate industry for many years in both a corporate and legal advisory capacity. This experience is invaluable in assessing the core commercial aspects of disputes. Talal specializes in corporate commercial litigation. 

Commercial – Talal has advised clients on UAE construction and real estate matters, working with developers, consultants, funders, contractors and major sub-contractors on all types of commercial projects. He advises clients on international tie-ups. 

Private client - Talal acts for high net worth individuals and families, often from the UAE or GCC. Their concerns typically relate to structuring their corporate portfolios, or to inheritance and legacy planning.
